本片根据真实故事所改编。在受到父亲的影响之下，EricaEnders和CourtneyEnders这一对姊妹年纪轻轻就加入赛车界，刚开始其他的男性赛车队友都对她们有些排斥，但她们并没有因此屈服，反而更加努力，希望要在赛车界闯出一片天。然而Erica的压力却愈来愈大，因为她很难同时兼顾她的社交生活和学业，甚至因此还一度放弃赛车，直到最后她才了解自己的志向，赛车是她一生难以割舍的一部分。经过一番努力，Enders姊妹在赛车界展露头角，成为顶尖的赛车手，到今天依然是当今赛车界的好手。
